We offer a variety of rubber grippers that are Soft Touch D Style designed to meet the demanding needs of a wide range of industries. Our proprietary custom formulated EPDM rubber is FDA compliant and allows us to manufacture grippers with high durability and excellent performance at economical prices.

Soft Touch grippers are a new variation of the traditional D style. With this design, the indented sides allow the gripper to have more flexibility while still providing a large surface area to contact the product being conveyed. This is very helpful in handling products such as thin-walled PET bottles.

Our grippers are manufactured from highly engineered custom rubber material. Our proprietary EPDM rubber blend is UV, wear, abrasion, and water resistant and performs well within a wide temperature spectrum. Our standard hardness rating is 50 Shore A, but softer and harder options are

also available. Colors include white, black, red, blue, and tan, in standard lengths of 3 3/8u to fit 1873 Tab G chain. Mini gripper standard size in 1 1/4" Custom lengths may be ordered for special applications.

We deliver in quantities of 200 per box. Lead times are instantaneous for current designs, 2 weeks for modified designs, and 4 weeks for new designs.

We do not recommend mixing grippers with grippers from another manufacturer on the same machine or conveyor.
